Choose the right support path

Email support for account, payment, and product questions. For safety concerns, use the controls attached to the relevant person or conversation so your report has context.

  • For a person or conversation: use Block or Report from the profile, chat, or call controls.
  • For login or account access: open the Help Center for troubleshooting, then email support if you still need help.
  • For coins, charges, or purchases: note the order number and describe the issue in your email.
  • For privacy requests: review the Privacy Policy and contact support while signed in when possible.

Urgent safety concerns

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. FTFLive is not an emergency service.

For suspected exploitation of a minor, credible threats, non-consensual intimate content, or another serious safety issue, stop the interaction and submit an in-product report as soon as possible. Do not forward or redistribute harmful material.

04

Billing and purchase questions

Before contacting support, note the transaction date, amount, payment method or store, and the coin package or action involved. Never send a full card number, password, or one-time verification code.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment channel, the transaction conditions shown at purchase, and applicable law. A support request does not guarantee a refund.

05

Privacy and account requests

Use the signed-in account flow whenever possible so FTFLive can verify that the request belongs to you. Depending on your location, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information.

We may ask for limited information to verify identity before acting on a privacy or account request. We will not ask you to disclose your password.
